- You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local jurisdiction, to participate in the program.
- Spam is not permitted.
- We do not accept traffic from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. You MUST block all the traffic from these countries from accessing your self-made galleries, free sites, blogs etc.
- The use of content, descriptions or keywords anyhow associated with illegal niches like "rape", "incest", "lolita", "warez", "child", "preteen", "kids", "underage", "little", "zoo" is absolutely prohibited! In case of you breaking this rule your account will be deleted without prior notice and your earnings will not be paid.
- Usage of stolen information for advertising of our sites is forbidden.
- Use our content for advertising our sites only.
- Webmasters from all the countries are welcomed with no restrictions.
- Pay Period one is the 1st through the 15th of each month. Pay Period two is the 16th to the end of the month.
- All payments are made with two weeks hold.
- All payments will be made in US $ by epassporte.
- We work as a partnership program and pay 50% (fifty percent) of all types of transactions. If the subscriber requires a refund or a chargeback, 50% of the transaction's cost will be withdrawn from you.
- We will pay 5% of referred webmaster income at JTCash. NB: You cannot refer yourself as an affiliate. If it occurs, your account will be suspended.
- We reserve the right to increase payout percent to webmasters with high sale level.
- We reserve the right to terminate any account due to violation of any term herein without payment.
- We do not take any responsibility, or liability for any of the actions of our webmasters regarding ALL unlawful practices. We expect you our webmasters to maintain the highest ethical standards set by this agreement or terms and conditions.
